Our young and strongly growing company will soon be the most important player for real-time sensor solutions in the Smart Factory.

Your role and challenges:

• Du bist zuständig, dass die Roadmap on-time Realität wird und arbeitest eng mit unserem Gründer und CEO Ersan Günes (Top30 CTO Deutschland) zusammen.
• You will be responsible for making the roadmap an on-time reality and work closely with our founder and CEO Ersan Günes (Top 30 CTO Germany).
• In terms of career development, we offer you the opportunity to become a CTO.
• You will contribute new and creative but at the same time pragmatic ideas that can be implemented at INTRANAV for the further development and optimization of our technical platform, thus driving the technological vision forward.
• You are responsible for the continuous improvement and implementation of processes and methods and drive the integration of solution partners and 3rd party applications into the INTRANAV offering.
• Together with the software and IT teams you develop solution concepts and specifications based on product and customer requirements and translate business requirements such as data and IT security into suitable technical solutions.
• You will make decisions in coordination with Product Management Make or Buy and negotiate with external service providers.
• You will work with the development team on the future software architecture for the INTRANAV solutions and ensure that the developments are compatible with these specifications.
• Together with the development department, you ensure efficient and high-quality software development.

Your profile

• You have successfully completed a university degree in computer science, business informatics, electrical engineering, or a related field of study.
• You have at least 6 years of professional experience in product development and have led larger areas/departments/teams.
• You have the enthusiasm and extensive experience in software development. Ideally in the IoT area
• You are a leader who can be respected and recognized in our company because of your experience, thoroughness, reliability, and motivation.
• You have very good knowledge of project & requirements management with tools such as Jira, Asana, Doors, or similar.
• You have very good programming & architectural skills
• Ideally, you have gained your experience in companies that are active in the field of industrial high-performance internet applications, e.g. SaaS/cloud offerings, or ideally with M2M or IoT platforms.
• Professional proximity to document and output management processes is an advantage.
• You have profound knowledge and experience with agile development and management methods.
• You work independently, in a determined and structured way, take initiative, think and act flexibly and are able to think “outside the box”.
• You have excellent communication and presentation skills and have the ability to motivate.
• You have a strong “hands-on” mentality, tackle problems, and find convincing solutions.

Nice to have

• You have knowledge with MQTT, TCP/IP, NoSQL, SQL, OPC-UA, SAP.
• You have knowledge of the necessary processes for hardware product development (design, release, production, certification, disposal, …)
• You have knowledge of application areas in logistics and production (Industry 4.0)
• Experience with BigData components such as Apache Kafka and Spark would be an advantage.
