The React.js Developer works in our front-end development team. In this role, he or she will be responsible for developing and implementing user interface components using React.js concepts and workflows such as Redux, Flux, and Webpack. The React.js Developer will also be responsible for profiling and improving front-end performance and documenting our front-end codebase.

Key Responsibilities

• Meeting with the development team to discuss user interface ideas and applications.
• Identifying web-based user interactions.
• Developing and implementing highly responsive user interface components using react concepts.
• Writing application interface codes using JavaScript following react.js workflows.
• Troubleshooting interface software and debugging application codes.
• Developing and implementing front-end architecture to support user interface concepts.
• Monitoring and improving front-end performance.
• Documenting application changes and developing updates.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, engineering, MIS, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript and JavaScript Frameworks such as React.js
• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages.
• Knowledge of REACT tools including React.js, Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux.
• Knowledge of performance testing frameworks including Mocha and Jest.
• Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs/GraphQL, HTML/CSS, ES6 (variables and scoping, array methods), code versioning tools like GIT, SVN, etc., popular frontend development tools, CI/CD tools, DevOps, performance testing frameworks like Mocha, Node + NPM
• Continuously keep track of the latest modern trends and build an intuitive and simplistic design, keeping up well with client requirements
• Ability to work in an Agile environment.
