The key to the digitization and virtualization of your real-time location data is the connection between the INTRANAV Real-Time Location System and the INTRANAV RTLS platform. With the Asset Manager, you create the digital twin of a physical asset, which is necessary to link process-relevant information to the asset.
The Digital Twin platform provides those generated real-time location data to management and planning systems such as #SAP #EWM, #ERP, PP (and many others) to deliver the required information to the industrial process workflows or analysis and monitoring platforms via the Rest API service or via MQTT.
You can tailor the asset-system exactly to your needs in order to match number and numeric schemes e.g., order-number, serial-number and other ID fields. The asset data is stored to the big-data storage of INTRANAV.IO to perform historical data and time-series analytics such as material flow inspections, heatmaps, trail diagrams and custom reports.
