INTRANAV.RTLS E-Ink TAGs for paperless logistics and production

We extended our INTRANAV.RTLS Partner-Product Portfolio by introducing the brand new INTRANAV.RTLS E-Ink TAGs for pushing the paperless factory to the next level.

E-Ink TAGs can reduce logistic and manufacturing processes dramatically. In combination with our INTRANAV.IO Platform, customers can now send location based information and instructions to the E-Ink display in order to automate and optimize processes on the shopfloor or warehouse. Create workflows, rules and generate content depending on real-time information.

The TAGs feature dynamic displays to control warehouse inventory, asset or assembly line management in real-time, key figures are now clearly visible and always up-to-date.

The E-Ink TAGs can be managed centrally via INTRANAV.IO, e.g. to trigger material reorders with the push of a button (Kanban principle). Due to the quantity indication on the display of theTAGs, employees always have an overview of available quantities, even for small-part articles. The integrated multifunctional keys can be used both ways: to book out goods in real-time and to transmit low stock levels to the purchasing department. Dynamic warehouse labeling with pick-by-light function via the LEDs reduces search times of bins and containers. 

In addition, machine information such as maintenance status, machine occupancy and setup can be retrieved flexibly and in real-time at the assembly line. Run cards and job tickets allow supervisors to issue instructions and track statuses without having to be on site.

The INTRANAV.RTLS E-Ink full graphic displays are available in 10 different sizes, User-Button and 10 years of battery lifetime.
