Strategic partnership brings together competencies in production and warehouse logistics<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

INTRA<\/strong>NAV, centimeter-exact real-time location system (RTLS) and IoT sensor platform, announces a strategic partnership with the Flexus AG. The SAP Silver Partner complements the open platform by the SAP Premium certified FLX-TLS transport-\/forklift control system. The system enables the simple and transparent control of all resources. Beside classical forklifts also route trains or driverless transport systems (AGV) can be connected to IntraNav.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Within a few years we have managed to develop the most precise and flexible solution for real-time localisation on the market”, says Ersan G\u00fcnes, founder and CEO of IntraNav, “We are already using the technology very successfully in intralogistics and tool control. Together with Flexus AG we now enter an important future market: The connection of autonomous transport systems”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Customers of IntraNav now receive a centimetre-precise location of all goods, containers and resources directly integrated in the FLX-TLS. The direct tracking of all goods and containers as well as the indirect tracking of load carriers by means of resource tracking and 3D coordinates enables a comprehensive and transparent material flow control with the FLX-TLS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a certified SAP Silver Partner the Flexus AG has specialized in the optimization of the transports in the SAP intralogistics. As a further highlight driving orders can be released or acknowledged completely automated by means of Geo-Fences in the transport-\/ forklift control system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

INTRA<\/strong>NAV collects information about all moving objects (“Assets in motion”) in the industry. The data comes from numerous sources, including UWB, 5G, Beacons, GPS as well as ERP, EMS and WMS systems and is processed in real-time. This enables fast and flexible control of the means of transport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Customers profit with the real-time localization among other things from the 2D\/3D navigation in the Flexus Client, interactive dashboards and a detailed AGV control including comprehensive analyses, time saving, transparency, reduced processing times and higher security.
