INTRANAV.IO – Indoor Live Map
The INTRANAV.IO platform visualizes all generated tracking data in real-time on the Indoor Live Map of your plant as a Digital Twin. Gain process transparency of your production order, logistics and material flows. Our RTLS provides accurate (±10cm) position and sensor data of your industrial trucks, containers, bins and for security purposes, also of persons.

INTRANAV.IO – Zones
Zones (geofences or virtual zones) trigger automated bookings and can trigger any defined processes by connecting to ERP/EWM systems. Furthermore, you will receive fully automated feedback on logistics steps. Larger objects (pallets, boxes etc.) can be booked scannerless (Auto-ID), which also enables the implementation of paperless logistics (Logistics 4.0). Furthermore, any alerts and warnings can be issued for predefined if / then scenarios. Get an overview of your zones. Edit the respective zone category, create different zone profiles, and manage dynamic geofences (zones that surround a vehicle, for example).

INTRANAV.IO – Asset Manager & Sensor Data Monitoring
Once a TAG is linked to a vehicle or object, we refer to it as an “asset”. Get an overview of your assets, manage their settings, check the last position. With integrated sensors in our INTRANAV.RTLS TAG you can monitor the status (temperature, humidity, acceleration/shock (IMU)) your assets or vehicles. Receive alerts via SMS & email in the event of deviations from specified limits or process interruptions, thus also ensuring compliance with transport and storage guidelines.

With the INTRANAV.IO Manager you can organize your RTLS infrastructure. Create and configure NODEs /Switches and Indoor & Outdoor TAGs. In “Rules & Alerts” you define the processes for which you want to be notified by email or SMS.

INTRALYTICS – TRAIL Indoor Report
With the TRAIL Indoor Report (Spaghetti Diagram), you can analyze the period of assets and vehicles in motion within your plant in real time or in any defined period. Analyze whether your fleet of vehicles is following predefined and efficient routes. This analysis is essential for the optimization of your production layout in order to uncover ineffective times of your work processes.

INTRALYTICS – HEATMAP Report
With HEATMAPs you visualize the temporal frequency of your transport and material flows. Identify highly frequented interfaces and duration of stay of your transport vehicles and materials, as well as where traffic jams, waiting and control times occur particularly frequently.

INTRALYTICS – ZONE Report
With ZONE Reports you can analyze over what period of time a zone of your store floor was occupied. For example, you can see how long your forklift trucks were in the battery zone and check whether prescribed zones were actually used and how long they were in them.
